Shipping Options

Pick-Up In-Store:

Place your order online and collect at our store. *Please note that your order can only be released once you receive the "Ready for Collection" email notification. We do not offer over-the-counter sales and do not have any in-store sales staff. You will not be permitted to enter our premises unless you order is ready for collection.

Standard Economy Courier (2-4 working days):

We offer this service as FREE Shipping on all online orders above R2000. R175 flat rate charge on orders under R2000 nationwide (South Africa only). We use The Courier Guy, Fastway Couriers, Globe Flight and Aramex for local deliveries. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel as soon as it has been given to the couriers.  

International Orders:

 Please note that all international orders that are placed outside of South Africa do not qualify for the above shipping rates. For international deliveries we use DHL or Aramex. Please kindly send an email to Filamentrix@outlook.com with your exact delivery details and we will get back to you with a price and expected time frame for delivery of your parcel.
